Articles for latest news, press releases, staff news and similar areas can be added with a few clicks. The list of articles can be displayed in a choice of formats with varying
amounts of detail. Here, a concise list is shown in the left-hand bar on a NHS Trust site.
It's easy for staff with appropriate permissions to add a new article, and the articles list is automatically updated.

Forms, surveys and quizzes
The full system allows you to add forms, surveys and quizzes. These are online forms that consist of a number of
quesions. The results are sent to a nominated address by email. At its simplest, this allows forms to be added to a internet
or intranet site for getting feedback from visitors, registering for events, requesting more information, etc.
Multiple-choice answers can also be given scores, and the form can have a pass score. Appraisal text can be set for
the questions and form as a whole. This is useful for providing a short online test at the end of an online (or offline)
training course.
